How And When To Take HGH Supplements And Injections

Last Updated on by James Jackson

The kind of dose you need to take when you’re taking human growth hormone releasers…

So what exactly are human growth hormone supplements, especially the ones taken orally, classified as by the Food and Drug Administration?  Well, the FDA classifies most oral human growth hormone supplements and releasers as dietary supplements.

Why are these releasers and supplements classified as dietary supplements and not as drugs?

Well, the reason for this is simple. It’s because very few of these supplement or releasers actually contain any human growth hormone at all. Instead, they contain substances that trigger natural human growth hormone production within the body itself. This makes them completely legal and also very much safer to use than pure human growth hormone extract.

So who are the people who use the most human growth hormone?

Well, you won’t be surprised to know that it’s mainly athletes who are in competitive sports who tend to use human growth hormone to boost their performance. And of course there are always bodybuilders as well who are rather famous for using all sorts of illegal supplements to get the results that they do. After all, that bull-like man on the stage at the bodybuilding competition certainly didn’t get that way using any natural system of training. He probably boosts himself on several different kinds of supplements and steroids, some, if not all of which might be illegal.

If you are a bodybuilder and you want to achieve the same results, rest assured that you will not be able to do so unless you take some supplements on your own. Generally speaking, people in competitive sports and bodybuilders tend to take much more massive doses than the average person on the street. If a person is trying to lose weight, they are also concerned about safety and they rarely if ever overdose on human growth hormone. But it’s not so with athletes and bodybuilders.

You see, athletes and bodybuilders have a certain window in which they can dose on human growth hormone. They cannot dose on human growth hormone too close to a competition, because then it would be detected in their blood stream. So what they do is they dose on human growth hormone while training in the initial part of the year before the competition and then leave off and try to maintain the results until the competition while human growth hormone, as well as any other substances that they might be using are flushed from their blood stream. Ironically there are still no conclusive test that can detect the difference between Somatotropin which is endogenous HGH and Somatropin the lab made kind. In fact the only athletes that were caught using HGH admitted the use themselves or were rated out by others.

Dosages Of HGH Injections:

Two to four IU’s is a reasonable dosage for the average person trying to increase their metabolism or put on a little extra muscle mass, or even to lose weight. These three IU’s can be increased to five IU’s, but that is a limit that a person should go to if they want to retain their health as well as benefit from the advantages of human growth hormone.

Now, just compare this dosage with a bodybuilder who might take as much as thirteen IU’s a day and who might keep up this heavy dosage for a three months period. This can have serious repercussions for the health in the long term and is best avoided.

So what happens if you overdose on human growth hormone?

Well, there are a number of unpleasant symptoms. Firstly, pressure builds up on the nerves, leading to a narrowing of the vision. Similarly, your joints might swell up and become painful. There is a definite increase in the risk of diabetes and may be a fractional increase in the risk of the proliferation of certain types of cancer as well. Keep in mind that no one has proven that HGH causes cancer but there have been anecdotal studies that showed that HGH might speed up the growth of cancer cells therefore bringing the cancer faster to the terminal stage.

Please note that this is in the high dosages, and a normal dosage of human growth hormone is perfectly safe, because your body produces human growth hormone all the time. There is nothing to worry about when using reasonable doses of human growth hormone to retain your youth or lose weight. NB you should not use HGH if you suspect having cancer and always visit with your doctor before using a powerful hormone like HGH.
