    coconut oil hardly can do anything for wrinkles on the other hand HGH might help if you can afford the real thing.

    might be a good idea to also use some sunscreen as well on top of eating healthy not smoking, drinking and eating healthy

    I would think that if I use both the coconut oil and the hgh, I could double team the wrinkles and get a much smoother appearance. Is that the way it would work or do the two counter each other?

    I just picked some coconut oil up at the store ( it was very expensive!) and I am still not sure how to use it. Do I cook with it or just ingest a small amount of it every day? Or do I rub it into my skin? The oil I bought was in the cooking and baking aisle, not the beauty and health care section. Did I get the right one and is there more than one different kind?

    I don’t know if coconut oil is really effective at reducing wrinkles but I am closing in on 40 so I’m remaining open minded. What I personally think though is that any moisturizer of anti-wrinkle skin treatment applied externally, combined with HGH that working internally is a well rounded treatment. It’s what I am going with at least.

    Actually you can use pure coconut oil to boost your hgh. You eat it, which will cure the internal problem. Of coarse this is a natural supplement so it makes your body produce a proper amount of hgh, where as hgh supplements can make you over produce. Not saying there is anything wrong with that either. With pure coconut oil, by consuming it, you are also benefiting your body in other ways beside of aging. Coconut oil can help fight off infections, bacterias, and fungus. Research has shown that is has helped promote heart health, lower cholesterol, and can help aid in healing.
