    The most imprtant thing to do to keep wrinkles away for as long as possible is to stay away from the sun drink a lot of water and use non drying cleaning agents that are paraben and sulfate free.

    Water and moisturizer is my solution. I don’t want to pay for expensive plastic surgery when I’m old so I am going to take care of my skin now while I can. I do try to stay out of the sun as much as possible, but that can’t usually be helped much.

    Being a guy I have 3 out of 4 covered. I just have a thing about moisturizing I guess, what with skin creams and such being a girl thing. But since the man in the mirror is starting to look a bit aged, I may have to give it a try too.

    I have read here and elsewhere that HGH is some kind of ‘fountain of youth. I am thinking it is worth a try, and although there are possible side effect there are with Botox too and millions of people are using it without issues.
