Build Muscle Mass with HGH

With an endless array of supplements to rave over, not to mention the ongoing debate over the legalization of steroids, when it comes to building muscle mass, why would anyone care about HGH or even want to talk about it how to build muscle mass with HGH. After all it doesn’t work – right? Wrong! One of the biggest myths we’ve heard so far.

If that was so, why are so many pros on circuit busy using human growth hormones. While testosterone may have made the world go “ah” in the bodybuilding world where who would have thought such muscle mass could be found on a human body.

There are ways to improve HGH concentration in your body by utilizing the four areas of bodybuilding: Training, rest, nutrition and supplementation.

Training

Training is the first way to stimulate the release of more HGH in the body. Working out, puts your body into extreme stress and physical exhaustion which are both key to the release of HGH, because the catabolic state is in need of extra protein synthesis, in addition to the addition need for fat metabolization to replenish glycogen, and replace energy.

You can manipulate your HGH production. Generally you should not train for more than 45 minutes because once your GH tapers of your cortisol production sets in. You should not work out for more than an hour.

Rest

75% of the HGH your body produces is while you are sleeping, and most is during REM sleep, which stresses the importance of getting a good night’s sleep. Production during sleep is not as potent and when you need energy during the day such as after your workout, but it plays a key role in your body’s ability to meet those other needs. Try to maintain a steady pattern of sleep that’s eight hours.

 Nutrition

This is probably by far the most important component in building your GH naturally. In order to teach your body to induce production of GH and secrete it, your body needs amino acids. For amino acids to have a proper effect you will need to have 15-20% of your diet in clean fats. Take your amino stack, whatever it might look like, 45 minutes before your workout.

HGH Supplements

All of the things we’ve discussed can help your body produce GH, but at the end of the day as we get older our own production slows down and if we want to build muscle mass an HGH supplement will also be needed.

Now many serious body builders turn to HGH injections, but what we aren’t focusing on professional bodybuilders. The rest of us can benefit by simply taking an HGH supplement, unless you have a significantly low HGH level and then you should speak to your doctor.

HGH supplements will increase lean muscle mass and decrease fat, especially abdominal fat. It will also increase strength, and overall you are going to look and feel younger.

HGH is the most important factor in training, recuperating, and muscle development. HGH will reduce your recovery time, enhance your performance, reduce your risk of injury, strengthen your joints and ligaments, and heal tissue that is damaged. That’s an awful lot of good.

There’s a misunderstanding about HGH and it’s use and it’s too bad because it could prove to be highly advantageous if it were used on some of the elderly conditions. It is already used in some childhood conditions. Therefore, its safety should not be under dispute. Otherwise that would be a direct contradiction.

And unlike taking steroids the weight gain from HGH is slow and gradual – normal weight gain is 1-2 pounds of lean muscle mass every three weeks. With steroids you gain a lot of water weight, with HGH you will gain only lean muscle mass.

    So you are saying that someone can effectively boost their hgh levels by working out, resting and eating right, then increase them that much more by using an hgh supplement? I thought the supplement wouldn’t increase much more than what the body produces but your post makes a lot fo sense and I am very excited to give it a try.
