Place your feet together and then put your hands to your sides. While raising your arms above your head jump just enough so your feet are spread and then reverse it dropping your arms and closing your feet.

#4 The Pushup

Place yourself down on your fours and then extend your legs. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. Keep the core stiff and lower your chest close to the floor. Then push yourself back up.

These are four powerful exercise to end your workout and really maximize your benefits when it comes to getting rid of belly fat and sculpting your abs. Make sure you make them part of your workout and don’t forget to put them to work at home too.
