For most of you, it’s time to admit you aren’t 19 anymore and it’s time for you to stop acting like you are. #1 Make Sure You Wake Up Right
You need to discover a routine that gets your body in a happy groove. Get up the same time every day and that will program your body to get moving without you feeling overwhelmed or needing tons of coffee to make it through the morning.
Begin with a nice easy stretch and then have a cup of tea to start your day in a good place. Green tea is great for detoxing but Oolong or black tea will give you a little jump start. Eat a light and healthy breakfast.
#2 Make Sure You Are Eating Right
Be conscious of what your body requires throughout the day. It might be easier to cheat and grab something from fast food, but your body will respond to that later on. Instead, pack your lunch. Remember the protein because that’s what your body will usually be looking for. Enjoy smaller, light meal throughout the day rather than three meals a day. This will ensure you have a consistent amount of energy available all day long.
Try things like peanut butter coated apples, cottage cheese, salad, along with solid protein like fish or chicken. Avoid eating pizza before you head off to bed. It will mess up your digestive process majorly.

However, you aren’t 19 any more, and so there’s a right way and a wrong way to party. For example, head out with some good friends for a night of live music and intelligent conversation. You don’t need to drink alcohol to have a good time.
