    Beets and oats, tow of my favorite foods anyway! And now I finally have a good reason for eating steak! I have been told to cut back on red meats, but if it is good for my brain, then steak it is! 🙂

    It looks like as long as we eat a healthy diet, we can produce our own hgh but I would think that a supplement would make things even better. More hgh is a a good thing in my opinion and I don’t want to gain back any of the weight that I have already lost or start feeling my real age again!
