Does Phil Campbell’s Peak Fitness Increases HGH

Phil Campbell has been involved in fitness for more than 35 years – he can truly be referred to as a veteran in the fitness world.  He has worked with more than 18,000 athletes, so he understands how to change your cardio aerobic exercise so that you can get the maximum increase in your growth hormone and then enjoy the maximum health benefits. Recently we’ve heard peak fitness increases HGH.

Don’t Peak Fitness Daily

There’s no question that Peak Fitness is essential to exercise training, what Doctor Mercola is saying is that there is no need for it to occur every day, because your body needs time to heal in-between your exercise sessions.

Phil Campbell says:

“We have to urge caution because research is pretty clear now: if you do long and slow exercise, your muscle — that’s slow-twitch fibre — can heal pretty quickly in one day. But when you work fast-twitch fibre, whether it’s an NFL athlete, or me or anyone, it takes about 48 hours for that fast-twitch fibre to truly heal back and totally recover. Sprint 8 is one of these programs that you really don’t want to do every day … we recommend three times a week.”

If you exercise three times a week you will work all of your muscle fibres (fast and super-fast), and you will increase the amount of human growth hormone your body produces each exercise session.

Increase your Growth Hormones by 771% with Peak Fitness

HGH or human growth hormone is also commonly called the fitness hormone. The higher your levels of HGH are the stronger and healthier you will be all the way around. By the time you are 30 years of age, you enter “somatopause,” which essentially means that your levels of human growth hormone begin to quickly drop off. This decline in human growth hormone plays a large role in the aging process, so doing what you can to keep those HGH higher becomes more important as we age.

The longer your body produces higher levels of human growth hormone, the longer you will be able to enjoy your strength and robust health. Sometimes athletes choose to inject HGH for this very reason. However, HGH is banned in almost all professional sports, so injection yourself is not recommended. Besides taking high doses through injections is likely to cause your body some harm, and there is no need to do so.

When HGH is produced naturally through the right exercise, you have much to gain. Your exercises should include high intensity exercise like Peak Fitness offers.

Phil Campbell explains:

“You know, walking is a great thing, but it only works the aerobic process of your heart muscle. It doesn’t work the anaerobic process. It only recruits your slow-twitch fibres. So those two other muscle fibre types are meant to be used to exercise is necessary to release growth hormones.

… If we look at the body and say, how do you want us to exercise? When you do this – when you do Sprint 8 – it’s almost like the result is screaming this: When you do this, I release this hormone that’s so powerful, that if you’re an Olympic athlete, your test goes positive for injecting growth hormone. That’s how significant Sprint 8 is when you look at growth hormones.”

An eight-week study that Phil Campbell conducted with some colleagues discovered that a Peak Fitness session caused on an average a 771 percent increase in HGH! That’s amazing! In addition, this translated to increased fat burning among the study participants.

Phil states: “At the end of the eight weeks, results were phenomenal. The average body fat loss was 31 percent. Sprint 8 was designed to replicate the growth hormone production, which in the average case increases 14.4 percent. Basically, Sprint 8 in this one study on middle-aged workers shows that it’s twice as effective in body fat loss as injecting growth hormone.”

What a Peak Fitness Workout Looks Like

While we won’t go into detail, here is a summary of what you can expect your peak fitness workout to look like. It is only about 20 minutes of your time.

  1. Warm up for three minutes
  2. Exercise as hard and fast as you can for 30 seconds. You should feel like you couldn’t possibly go on another few seconds
  3. Recover for 90 seconds
  4. Repeat the high intensity exercise and recovery 7 more times

You can use whatever equipment you want or you can run, swim, jump, and just as long as you push yourself as hard as you can for 30 seconds, making sure you properly stretch before. Treadmills are discouraged because you have only 30 seconds and it takes time to make the adjustments on a treadmill. The study also found the elliptical machine seemed to get the highest HGH release.

Phil says:

“There are many different ways you could do Sprint 8. As long as you can get totally exhausted in 30 seconds or less. That’s the key. If you can’t go longer than 30 seconds — no matter if you’re a professional athlete or just starting — that means you’re doing it correctly. It has to be so intense that after 30 seconds, you’re just praying for those last seconds to go by … “

Warning! Do not engage in a peak 8 fitness program until you get the green light from a qualified health care practitioner to make sure that your cardiovascular system is up to the challenge.

This is a very interesting approach to increasing HGH levels without using any HGH products but is it really for everyone? It seems kind of risky to me to just just jump into the program; I highly recommend anyone pondering a peak fitness program that they should build theit physical fitness up slowly especially if they have been sedentary for long time.

Football players have to sprint mostly for less than 4 secs and improving their performance over that small window can make the difference of getting a big pay check or nothing at all. I was wondering if this improvement in performance is due to the rising levels of HGH or the reshapping of the muscle fibers. Because really professional athletes can definitely afford to just take HGH injection shots why should they risk injury with training program like this. And apparently a lot of them are already using HGH and getting away with it.

the athletes using HGH in professional sports are not going to be able to get away anymore with the cheating; they have very accurate blood tests nowadays that can catch any use of human growth hormone for more than 2 weeks. Doesn’t the creation of lactic acid in the muscles do the same thing? When you were between the ages of 6 and 26, for active people, your body was in a constant state of lactic acid build-up and further stimulated natural growth of HGH…
